Lory A. Fischler | Associate Director
Lory Fischler is a senior associate with Leadership Development Services, a Phoenix-based consulting firm specializing in leadership and mentoring and the associate director of its Center for Mentoring Excellence. She is a dynamic, insightful and seasoned professional with over twenty five years' experience in consulting, training and coaching. Her clients represent a diverse array of organizations, including Fortune 500, healthcare, manufacturing, government and nonprofit organizations.

Lory specializes in team troubleshooting and has achieved an impressive track record of success in helping manufacturing and healthcare teams regain lost productivity due to conflict, disagreement and misunderstanding. She is the creator of Leadership Development Services' Workstyle Inventory, a tool widely used by clients to promote self-understanding and team interaction.

She is the designer and facilitator of Negotiating: Win-Win Agreements, a three-day experiential results-oriented workshop that is delivered globally.

Lory is the co-author of The Mentee's Guide: Making Mentoring Work for You, published by Jossey-Bass (2009) and Creating and Sustaining Collaborative Partnerships (2002). In addition, she has also coauthored a number of articles on the topics of leadership and mentoring and a series of toolkits focusing on mentoring excellence.

Ms. Fischler is a graduate of Lake Erie College and studied at the University of Grenoble, Boston University and Boston State University. She worked at Motorola University as a master instructor and was the first person to receive its prestigious Instructor of the Year Award.
